HOW WE DO IT • READY MADE MANIPULATIVES
Effective for Tactile Learning Experience
Our “low-tech” Assistive Technology provide manipulatives needed by individuals with severe disabilities.
Our program comes equipped with ready-made manipulatives educators and caregivers can use to carry out assessment and curriculum activities. Printed manipulatives, like numbers, alphabets, and pictures are also laminated so that they can withstand some level of wear-&-tear.
Physical manipulatives provide tactile interaction to stimulate learning. For example, being able to touch and move similar objects varying in size is more advantageous than pointing to the objects on a screen.
USING READY-MADE MANIPULATIVES AND CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES
This video will show you how we use the manipulatives and curriculum activities to assess the skill mastery of a particular individual.
Consent has been obtained from the parent/caregiver of the individual seen in the video.
