Mastered Skill
This skill is considered mastered if the learner is able to independently MATCH each object to its picture from a field of five (5). It is important to note the skill being assessed is to MATCH each object to its picture. The skill is not to LABEL the objects. If the learner is unable to independently MATCH each object to its matching picture, drop down to Objective 1 to match the object to its picture from a field of two.
Finding Level of Performance
If the learner is UNABLE to independently match the object to its picture from a field of 2 (Objective 1) this skill will be scored a “0” and the educator can move to assess AS 16. If the learner is ABLE to complete Objective 1, the educator will proceed to find the level of performance for the learner (Objective 2 and onwards).
